Senior Faculty Leadership

​​​​​​The National Center of Leadership in Academic Medicine (NCLAM) Leadership Council is a comprised of senior faculty members with significant experience in research and administration and have broad knowledge of various divisions, departments, and schools within Health Sciences. They promote the importance of this program on junior faculty growth by communicating the progress of NCLAM back to Health Sciences.

In addition, they provide input on the selection of the junior faculty participants and mentor pairings for each class, as well as the program curriculum.
